Director
Daniel Rescia is the Director of Exclusive Senior Care and a dedicated advocate for compassionate, culturally rooted senior living. After earning his real estate and broker’s licenses in 2004, he shifted careers at age of 25 to follow a deeper calling—caring for seniors. In 2008, he founded Golden Way Care, and today he oversees four licensed care homes under Exclusive Senior Care and one with Golden Way Care.
Daniel’s passion for elder care was shaped by his close friendship with Dr. Roy and Maria Luisa Sweeny, whose mentorship helped instill the values of dignity, warmth, and personalized support that define his approach.
He proudly lives for golf, his twin toddler boys, and his very understanding wife—in that order (he jokes).

Dr. Roy P. Sweeny and Maria Luisa Sweeny are the founders of Exclusive Senior Care, a collection of four luxurious residential care homes located in Anaheim Hills and Orange, California. Their mission is simple: to provide dignified, culturally sensitive, and personalized care in beautiful home settings where seniors truly feel at ease.
Originally from Argentina, Roy and Maria Luisa met while attending medical school, where their shared passion for helping others laid the foundation for both their personal and professional partnership. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, they bring a global perspective and deep cultural awareness to their work.
Together, they continue to serve the community not only through Exclusive Senior Care but also through their medical clinic in Orange County, where they remain actively involved in healthcare. At home, they share their lives with two beloved Yorkies, who are just as much a part of the family as the residents they care for.
Their vision, heart, and hands-on approach have shaped Exclusive Senior Care into what it is today — a trusted name in high-quality elder care.
Administration
Harris Mendoza has been a valued member of the Exclusive Senior Care family for over seven years, starting his journey as a compassionate caregiver and growing into his current role as Administrator. His dedication, reliability, and deep understanding of resident care make him an integral part of our team.
Known for his calm leadership and hands-on approach, Harris ensures our homes run smoothly and that every resident receives the attention and respect they deserve. He brings not only professionalism but heart to everything he does.
Outside of work, Harris is a devoted family man, proud father of three children, and supported every step of the way by his loving and encouraging wife.
